CCEE Policy Briefs are relatively short analyses (usually not more than 1400 words) focusing on the causes and implications of energy and environment-related trends in the wider Caspian region. Research should cover topical issues, specifically, the major technological, economic, social, political and regulatory developments in energy and environmental issues in the Caspian basin. Papers should address a clear question with a practical focus on current and prospective developments. Policy briefs are expected to provide clearly explained and evidence-based arguments.
CCEE Policy Brief Series was launched in November 2012, with publications on an occasional basis. The sole publisher of this series is the Caspian Center for Energy and Environment (CCEE). All editorial enquiries should be submitted to CCEE; details can be found in the Contact Us section of our website. Researchers and practitioners working in the fields outlined above are invited to submit papers. Submission requirements and contact details can be downloaded here.
